ABOUT US

Our name comes from the Italian for oil ("olio") and vinegar ("aceto").  In Italy they say "ah-TCHEH-toh" but in the South we just simply pronounce it "ah-SAY-toh".

 

At Olio & Aceto Cafe we offer fresh food made in house, using products from Blue Sky Oil & Vinegar, to give you unique flavors you will not find anywhere else. We proudly serve sliced bread from Durham's Ninth Street Bakery and Imagine That Gluten Free.
